We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to return the goods

We do not provide return shipping labels. After applying for a return, the system will automatically display the return address. Please visit your nearest postal delivery service to inquire about the relevant shipping fees. When returning the item, please use the same shipping address as the one provided in your order. This way, once we receive your return package, we will be able to locate your order based on the associated information.

If there are any customs duties or taxes on the returned package, we will advance the payment first. After receiving your package and confirming it is in good condition, the corresponding tax amount will be deducted from your order refund.

 

Shipping cost

When returning an item, we do not refund the original shipping fee, because that fee was paid to the carrier and you have already received your package. Additionally, the return shipping cost also needs to be covered by you. Therefore, we recommend that you choose an affordable carrier for the return.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All the products must be returned in the same exact conditions as they were delivered, in the off-chance we receive a product in any way damaged by the customer, we will apply a small retribution for the value of 20% from the damaged product price.

In the event that the returned package is charged with import duties and taxes, the customer is responsible for taking care of the costs.  Otherwise the package will either be held at customs or returned back to the sender, making it unable for us to process the return.

 

Faulty products                                                                                                          Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order if there is any damaged product, missing piece or any other problem.  Any claim must contain evidence pictures and will be strictly evaluated by our team.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
